Bill Delaney, has for over the past 30 years practiced in the areas of commercial
and corporate law in Rhode Island as well as 6 other states.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame,
his MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute,
his J.D. from Albany Law School of Union University, and his L.L.M.
in American Banking Law Studies from the Morin Center, Boston University School of Law.
In 1987, Bill began practising law in Rhode Island with gathering
experience in several of the major law firms of that state.
He has centered his practice before the Rhode Island Superior
and Bankrupcy courts where he has litigated on a consistent
basis for the rights of agrieved parties over that period.
Over the past 5 years Bill has developed his own firm with the goal
of furnishing counsel to clients desiorous of minimizing the risk of engaging
in business activities. He is often saught out by professional
colleagues to furnish representation on an "one-off" basis.
